Origin
Sourcing & Roasting
Our beans come exclusively from carefully selected coffee farms with which we work directly and long-term. Transparency, sustainability, and fair working conditions are at the heart of everything we do.
A large portion of our beans comes from smaller, Demeter-certified plantations in India, complemented by selected varieties from Brazil. In our own roastery, the beans are gently and precisely roasted to unfold the full aroma spectrum of each variety.
